Minggu (14/07/2019) ribuan onthelis KOSTI (Komunitas Sepeda Tua Indonesia) yang berasal dari berbagai daerah mulai dari provinsi Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Madura maupun Kalimantan berkumpul di Kota Kharismatik Madiun. Para onthelis berkumpul dengan tujuan memeriahkan Hari Jadi Kota Madiun yang ke 101Tahun dan merupakan bagian dari event Madioen Tempo Doeloe.

Para ONTHELIS memulai perjalanan mereka dari Bosbow dan mengakhiri perjalanan mereka di Gor Wilis Kota Madiun. Para peserta melewati rute yang memiliki nilai sarat akan sejarah yang ada di Kota Madiun. Selain itu para onthelis juga berpakaian yang unik dan tidak lupa menghias sepeda yang mereka tunggangi. Selesai mengelilingi Kota Madiun para onthelis beristirahat di area Gor Wilis Kota Madiun, setelah itu para Onthelis menikmati panggung hiburan dan juga menikmati Nasi Pecel Khas Madiun yang telah disediakan.
Sunday (07/14/2019) thousands of KOSTI (Komunitas Sepeda Tua Indonesia) onthelis who came from various regions ranging from the provinces of East Java, Central Java, Madura and Kalimantan gathered in the Charismatic City of Madiun. The ONTHELIS began their journey from Bosbow and ended their journey in Wilis Gor Kota Madiun. The participants took a route that had a value laden with history in the City of Madiun. In addition, the onthelis also dressed in a unique style and did not forget to decorate the bicycles they were riding. After completing the town of Madiun, the onthelis rested in the Wilis Gor area of Madiun City, after that the Onthelis enjoyed the entertainment stage and also enjoyed the typical Pecel Rice of Madiun that had been provided.
