Para peserta diberikan waktu tiga menit untuk menyajikan penampilan terbaik & atraktif di depan bapak Walikota Madiun beserta jajaran nya. Rute perjalanan Charismatic Night Carnival dimulai dari Depan Balaikota Madiun – Jl. Cokroaminoto-Jl. Musi – Jl. H. Agus Salim dan finish di depan SMPN 2 Kota Madiun. Kegiatan ini merupakan lanjutan dari Charismatic Festival dalam rangka Hari Jadi ke 101Tahun Kota Madiun.
M A D I U N – Madiun Municipality Government through the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports held the Charismatic Night Carnival on Friday Night (2019/06/22). The event took place with great fanfare and attended by many people both from Madiun City and outside Madiun City. The event attended by 53 participants participated from inside or outside Madiun City. The participants who participated in Carnival Night were OPD (Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah), BUMN, BUMD, Private Companies, Community and Art Performers in the City of Madiun.
The participants were given three minutes to present the best & attractive performance in front of the Mayor of Madiun City and his staff. The Charismatic Night Carnival route started from the Front of Madiun City Hall – Jl. Cokroaminoto – Jl. Musi – Jl. H. Agus Salim and the finish is in front of SMPN 2 Madiun City. This event is a continuation of the Charismatic Festival in order to celebrate the 101st Anniversary of Madiun City.
