Madiun- Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga telah membuka kegiatan Seleksi Paskibraka Tingkat Kota Madiun Tahun 2019, di Gor Wilis Kota Madiun.
Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Bapak Agus Purwowidagdo, S.Sos., M.M selaku Kepala Disbudparpora Kota Madiun pada Senin tanggal 4 Maret 2019 di GOR Wilis Kota Madiun. Selanjutnya kegiatan ini digelar selama tiga hari yaitu mulai tanggal 4-6 Maret 2019 yaitu proses seleksi sampai Rabu tanggal 6 Maret 2019, yang dilaksanakan di GOR Wilis dan lapangan tenis Kota Madiun.
Kepala Seksi Kepemudaan, Hariana, S.Sos mengungkapkan, peserta seleksi paskibraka itu dari sekolah tingkat SMA/SMK/MA se-Kota Madiun, utamanya kelas X dan XI yang berjumlah 585 anak yang nantinya akan diseleksi dan diambil 81 anak saja.
“Kita menyeleksi dari 585 anak menjadi 81 anak yang lolos seleksi. Tim juri penyeleksi berjumlah enam orang, tiga orang dari TNI dan tiga orang dari POLRI,” ucapnya.
Untuk menjadi Pasukan pengibar bendera (Paskibraka) Kota madiun 2019, ada tiga tahapan seleksi yang harus diikuti peserta yang terdiri dari ratusan siswa SMA/SMK/MA se-Kota Madiun. Pertama, yaitu tes Peraturan Baris-Berbaris (PBB). Dilanjutkan dengan tes Samapta (jasmani militer) dan terakhir tes tulis. “Tetapi yang paling diutamakan yaitu perform PBB nya,” tegasnya. Hariana mengatakan, tujuan dari seleksi paskibraka ini yaitu untuk menyiapkan putra dan putri terbaik yang nantinya akan mewakili sekolah masing masing sebagai Paskibra dalam rangka HUT RI ke-74 yang akan diselenggarakan Kota Madiun. Madiun- Cultural, Tourism, Youth and Sports Office has held the event called Seleksi Paskibraka Tingkat Kota Madiun at Gor Wilis Kota Madiun.
This event was opened by Agus Purwowidagdo, S.Sos., M.M as the Head of Cultural, Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. The event was started on March 4, 2019, in Gor Wilis Kota Madiun. This event was held for 3 days which was March 4-March 6, 2019. The selection process was also held on the tennis court of Madiun.
The head of Youth Division, Hariana S.Sos. stated that the participants were the high schoolers around Madiun City, the ones who are in 10th and 11th grade. There were 585 participants but the committee will accept only 81 participants.
“We are selecting the best 81 participants out of 585 participants. The judges consist of 6 people, three of them are TNI (Indonesian Army) and the others are POLRI (Indonesian Police),” he said.
There are three tests that the participant must follow. The first, there was a test about the rule of being Paskibraka (PBB). Then it followed by Samapta test (a test about the physical condition) and then it ended with a written test. “The main test is the first test, the PBB performance,” said Hariana. Hariana added the purpose of this event is to prepare the best youths, to represent their school as Paskibraka on the 74th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day Ceremony which will be held in Madiun.
